Trip leader Gary fixes his "kit" while in camp in the col between
Cheam and Lady peaks. These are the two westernmost peaks in the
Cheam range, consisting of Cheam Peak (2107m), Lady Peak (2164m),
Knight Peak (2237m), Baby Munday Peak (2190m), Stewart Peak
(2230m), The Still (2286m), Welch Peak (2440m), and Foley Peak
(2307m), the last (easternmost) four being known as the Lucky Four
Group. We actually intended to traverse the range, summiting all
eight. But as you can see from the photo, the fog started rolling
in...
(note the tent rain fly, modified to be self-standing
without footprint or inner tent).
