Welcome.

Yoga cannot be boiled downed to one simple formula. There are many styles of yoga but all styles eventually lead you to the difficulty of the inner work. Kundalini Yoga is a unique ancient science that umbrellas other yoga methodologies and quickly gives you a direct experience of your grace.

The effort of 10 years of daily, committed Yoga practice has led me to the effortlessness. Not only were my initial health problems relieved, but new doors of opportunities opened allowing my practice to become much more than I had initially limited it to. My "Home Page" has been reset to the "Om Page".

Tensions and incomplete experiences have been unraveled and I am better able to suspend my comparisons, prejudices, and labels. I have discovered more about what I avoid, my attachments, my tastes, and philosophies of life. The meditations of Kundalini Yoga have been extremely beneficial allowing me to observe my anxieties and de-condition my relation to these anxieties. A new residue has been left in my body and I appreciate life in a new fresh way.

I am a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor and have studied other forms of yoga such as Iyengar and Astanga. I particularily enjoy bringing yoga and its health benefits to the workplace, for clients such as MacDonald Dettwiler & Associates, Raytheon Ltd., and Intel Corporation.

I now live in Portland, Oregon and continue my exploration of the temple of consciousness. I owe much gratitude to my husband and two children for their continual loving support.
